Over the past few months you and a committee of people have slaved over the planning of a seminar. Whether you will have a room full of 50 or 500 people, this is no easy task to take on. However, many businesses decide to host motivational seminars to ignite a fire in their employees so that they are reenergized, enthusiastic, and ready to accomplish all of their goals. Seminars could also be training sessions that are held to update all employees on major company changes. For whatever reason your business is planning a seminar, there are a few last minute planning preparations you should take into consideration (by last minute, we mean the month before the actual seminar up until the day of it).

Everyone who attends the seminar should have name tags with badge holders to be worn throughout the day. This way, people can learn each other's names and perhaps even positions if you have chosen to print them on the name tags. Many businesses provide badge holders for IDs, rather than having all of the guests stick the name tags to their clothing. Visit the seminar location. A day or two before the seminar make sure all of the lighting and sound equipment is working. If the location is not close to your office, then do a quick inventory to ensure that everything you will need to make the event successful is there. Set up the chairs and tables the night before. Do as little as possible the morning of the seminar so that you could relax instead of rush.
